A full brand, website, and photography rebuild focused on credibility and real work

Silver Fern Stainless came to us with an outdated website and a limited library of usable visuals. While their work on site was high quality, their online presence did not reflect that reality. The goal was simple but critical: modernize the brand and rebuild the website around real people, real projects, and real craftsmanship.

This project was a full refresh from the ground up. We rebuilt Silver Fern’s brand identity, then designed and developed a modern website supported by clean, professional photography captured on active job sites. The focus was clarity, trust, and authenticity, replacing generic or low quality visuals with imagery that shows how the work actually gets done.

The challenge

Silver Fern’s biggest hurdle was perception. Their previous website felt dated, and the available photos did not showcase the quality of their projects or the professionalism of their team. Much of the imagery was low resolution, repetitive, or disconnected from the scale and precision of their work.

For a trade built on trust and detail, this created friction. Potential customers could not immediately see the craftsmanship or the people behind it.

The challenge was to modernize the brand, capture strong on site photography, and rebuild the website around real projects and real faces so trust could be established instantly.

Our approach

We started by refreshing the brand identity to feel current, clean, and confident. From there, we developed a photography plan that focused on documenting the team in action and capturing real project environments.

By spending time with the crew and visiting active job sites, we built a versatile image library that became the backbone of the new website. These visuals were designed to feel authentic and professional, not staged or stock, and to clearly communicate what Silver Fern does and how they work.

The website was then rebuilt around this imagery, with a clean structure and straightforward navigation that makes it easy for visitors to understand services, see real work, and feel confident reaching out.
